Dear Council Officer,
I am writing to express my concern regarding the poor condition of several playground rides in the children's park near my home. The problem has existed for almost a month, and it is becoming increasingly serious.

Unfortunately, the swings have broken chains, the slide has developed large cracks, the seesaw is unstable, and the merry-go-round no longer rotates properly. Consequently, many parents are reluctant to allow their children to use these facilities because they are genuinely concerned about their safety.

Could you please let me know when the damaged playground equipment is expected to be repaired? The playground, which was once a popular place for local families, has gradually become unsafe and less enjoyable.

I would strongly recommend repairing or replacing the damaged equipment as soon as possible.
