Consequently, many families are unable to relax in the evenings, elderly residents have trouble sleeping, and children struggle to concentrate on their homework. The park, which was once a quiet place for the community, has gradually become unpleasant to visit.

I would strongly recommend increasing security patrols during the evening and installing security cameras in the park. Additionally, placing signs about the local noise regulations may encourage visitors to behave more responsibly.
