I am writing regarding the sale advertisement published in last Sunday's newspaper. The advertisement promoted significant discounts on a variety of products, so I visited your store hoping to purchase a few household appliances.
Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. Although the advertisement suggested that many products were on sale, I found that the microwave, coffee maker, and vacuum cleaner I wanted were all being sold at their regular prices.
As I travelled quite a distance to visit your store, I felt that my time and transportation expenses had been wasted.
Could you please explain why the advertisement did not clearly specify which products were included in the sale? I would like to suggest that future advertisements clearly identify all discounted products and include the terms and conditions of the promotion. This would prevent customers from being disappointed and help maintain your store's reputation. Thank you for your time and consideration.
