Another advantage is its convenient location, as most everyday necessities are only a short distance away. You'll find plenty of local amenities nearby, including Save-On-Foods, a Shoppers Drug Mart, a medical clinic, a public library, several cafés, and a modern fitness centre.

There's also a bus stop just a few minutes away, making it easy to travel around the city. If you enjoy eating out, you'll have plenty of restaurants serving Italian, Japanese, Indian, and Canadian cuisine within walking distance.
