I strongly support building the daycare centre near the city's business district because it would save valuable time for working parents and provide greater peace of mind during emergencies. One of the main reasons I prefer this option is that it would make daily routines much more convenient for working parents.

Most employees travel to the business district every morning, so they could simply drop off their children on the way to work and pick them up before returning home. This would eliminate the need to make an additional trip to a residential neighbourhood, saving both time and fuel.

For example, my neighbour works in downtown Vancouver and spends nearly an hour commuting every day. Having a daycare centre near her workplace would make her daily schedule far less stressful. Another significant reason I support Option A is that parents can respond much more quickly if their child needs immediate attention. Young children sometimes become sick or injured unexpectedly, and daycare staff may need to contact their parents without delay.

When the daycare is located close to workplaces, parents can arrive within a few minutes instead of travelling across the city. This accessibility would provide working parents with greater peace of mind throughout the day. Overall, Option A is clearly the more practical, accessible, and family-friendly choice. Although a residential location offers certain advantages, building the daycare centre near the business district would better support the daily needs of working families.
