Booking Tickets for a Ferry

People travelling with BayLink Ferry can purchase tickets either through the company’s website or at the

ferry terminal. Reservations made online are accepted up to six months before the departure date, and electronic tickets are sent directly to the customer’s email. Travellers who decide to buy tickets at the terminal are advised to arrive early, as services are often fully booked during weekends and public holidays.

Anyone bringing a car, motorcycle or bicycle must include vehicle information when making a reservation. The company advises foot passengers to check in at least 30 minutes before departure, while those travelling with vehicles should arrive 45 minutes early. Passengers who arrive after the recommended check-in time may lose their booking, even if they have already paid.

Customers who cancel more than 48 hours before departure will receive a full refund. However, bookings cancelled within the final 48 hours cannot be refunded. Every ferry also provides complimentary Wi-Fi, together with a selection of snacks and hot drinks for passengers.
